On the books they call this one Zanetti in honour of the exceedingly charming producer, Luiz Zanetti. His coffees and farm, Serra e Leite, have played a major role in the blend components, and their significance cannot be understated. They have helped shape Pilot's flavour identity since 2015.
This is Serra e Leite’s sophomore single origin release. A natural 100% Catuai lot with all the features of a well-produced Brazilian coffee: low acidity, nutty sweetness, and a buttery mouthfeel. A brew that’s as warm and welcoming as Mr. Zanetti himself.
