Ordering and Payment Questions

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders or payments over the phone. However, if you need to place an item on hold or help with placing an order online, please contact one of the shops, and our sales associates will happily help!

Yes! We offer in-store pickup for orders based on where the items are stocked. This can be selected at checkout. If a location is not available, the item is stocked at a different location.

Order can be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed. Please email shop@goodnbr.com with the subject line “Cancel Order” with your order number that was provided in your order confirmation email.
Shipping and Delivery Questions

Once your order has been picked up by chosen shipper, tracking details will be sent to you along with your shipping confirmation email.

We aim to ship out all orders within 3-4 business days. Once the order has been picked up by chosen shipper, it is dependent on said service on the delivery timeline.
Generally, within Canada, shipping times are as follows:
Expedited
Local: 1-2 business days
Regional: Up to 3 business days
National: Up to 7 business days
Xpresspost
Local: Next business day
Regional: Next business day
National: Up to 2 business days
Priority
Local: Next business day
Regional: Next business day

Yes! All shipments are sent via Canada Post and international shipping prices are quoted at checkout.

We are happy to offer free expedited shipping on orders over $99 within Canada.
Xpresspost and Priority shipping, along with international shipping charges, are calculated upon checkout dependent on location.

It is possible you will. Any customs or import duties and taxes are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country. Canadian taxes do not apply to orders outside of Canada. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees (duties, taxes, etc.).
Return and Exchange Questions

We will happily take back any regular priced, unworn apparel with all original tags still attached within 2 weeks of receiving your package for a full refund. All undergarments, food, and apothecary items are final sale. All sale items 50% or more are final sale, and non-returnable.

To return or exchange an item in-store, please pop by one of our locations and we will gladly help.
To initiate a return by mail, please email shop@goodnbr.com with the subject line “Return Order” along with your order number.
Items must be returned to us within two weeks of receiving your order.
From there, our eCommerce team will provide a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel that you are sending back. Unfortunately, delivery cannot be accepted on returned parcels without an RA number.
Good Neighbour is not responsible for return shipping costs including duties, customs, brokerage or any other charges.
