Bitters use deeply rich whisky barrel-aged maple syrup to add mellow sweetness and aromas of bourbon and peat. Milder in acidity and sweeter, this boasts strong baked good flavours. A great contrast to rich brown liquors like bourbon and rum, use these in Whiskey Sours.
