Shipping Information:

We strive to ship all orders the next business day after the order is received. Orders received on Fridays and Saturdays can be expected to be shipped the following Monday. Tracking details will be sent to you along with your shipping confirmation email.


We can only ship orders that pass Shopify’s fraud check system. You will be notified if there is a fraud related issue when your payment is being processed.


Shipping within Canada:


All shipments are sent via Canada Post. Orders can be shipped Expedited, Xpresspost or Priority.


We are happy to offer FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING (including signature) on all orders over $99 shipped within Canada (before tax).


Expedited:

  • Local = 1 business day; Regional = up to 3 business days; National = up to 7 business days
  • $100 insurance coverage and tracking number included (signature optional for nominal fee)


Xpresspost:

  • Local = next business day; Regional = next business day; National = 2 business days
  • $100 insurance coverage and tracking number included (signature optional for nominal fee)


Priority:

  • Local = next business day; Regional = next business day; National = next business day
  • $100 insurance coverage, tracking number and signature included

Shipping to USA and International:

Orders are sent and declared at the full purchase value.


Canadian taxes do not apply to orders outside of Canada.


Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees (duties, customs, etc.).


Quality Control:


All items ordered at www.goodnbr.com are physically inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition before leaving our warehouse.


Lost or Damaged Items:


Although extremely rare, Good Neighbour is not responsible for any loss or damages occurring during the shipping process. On the rare occasions that this does occur, we will provide you with all of the information that you need to locate your package and provide all required documentation and information that the shipper requests from you. Once goods have been shipped you agree and understand that Good Neighbour is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred subsequent to shipping your order.


Return Policy:


Regular priced merchandise:


We will happily take back any regular priced, unworn goods with all original tags still attached within 1 week of receiving your package for a full refund.


In order to initiate the return process, please email shop@goodnbr.com for a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel that you are sending back. Unfortunately, delivery cannot be accepted on returned parcels without an RA number.


Good Neighbour is not responsible for return shipping costs including duties, customs, brokerage or any other charges.


Sale priced merchandise:


All sale items are a final sale. Unfortunately we can not accept returns for sale items.
